TimeVault Cloud. Point the terminal. Done.
Set one address on the terminal and it reports straight to the cloud. Every company, site and terminal you run on one console: no PC in the office, no VPN, no per-terminal fee.
From box to first punch in four steps.
A terminal that reaches the cloud but hasn't been claimed is visible to nobody. You claim it with its ID and a name of your choosing, and from then on it belongs to your company alone.
- 1We set up your company
LogsNX or your TimeVault partner creates your company and emails your administrator an invitation to set a password.
- 2Point the terminal
Server: device.timevault.cloud
- 3Claim it
Type the terminal's ID and give it a name. It appears on your board, under your company only.
- 4Enrol and punch
Enrolment happens at the terminal, as it always has. The first punch lands on the live board within seconds.
Everything in Lite, plus what only a cloud can do.
One board, all sites
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh: every gate on one screen, filtered by site, with headcount against expected at each terminal.
Act on a terminal from your desk
Remove a leaver from every terminal at once, open a door, restart or switch a terminal off, and retry if the site's connection dropped.
Commands carry no personal data
Cards, PINs and face enrolment stay at the terminal. The cloud only ever sends instructions, never a worker's biometric template.
See who punched
The capture photo travels with each punch, so a disputed entry is settled by looking, not arguing.
Your company, your rows
Every worker, terminal and punch is bound to one company. No view, report or export crosses that line.
Five tries, then a day out
Five failed sign-ins lock the account for 24 hours. Simple, visible, and enough to stop the obvious.
Lite or Cloud?
| Lite | Cloud | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | A machine you own: PC, Mac, Linux, or your own VM | TimeVault's servers |
| Terminal setup | Point at your Lite machine over your network or VPN | Point at device.timevault.cloud |
| Sites | One, or several over your WAN or VPN | Any number, on one console |
| Where punches live | On your machine only | In your company's workspace |
| Remote terminal commands | On your network | From anywhere |
| Terminals | All four supported models | All four supported models |
| Pricing | Free up to 2 terminals, then a licence | Per user, per year |
| Best for | Companies that want to own the machine and the data | Operators who want terminals online with no VPN and no IT |
Both run from the same codebase. Moving from Lite to Cloud is re-pointing the terminals, not a migration project.
