How is Cloud billed?
Per user, per year, invoiced annually. Tell us how many people punch in and we'll quote on that headcount.
Does Cloud charge per terminal?
No. Add as many terminals and sites as you need. You pay for the people who use them.
Is the free Lite plan really free?
Yes: up to two terminals on one site, with no time limit. The free plan covers the self-hosted product only; it does not include Cloud.
Who do I pay?
TimeVault is a LogsNX product. Invoices come from LogsNX LLC in the UAE, or from your TimeVault partner if you bought through one.
Can I move from Lite to Cloud later?
Yes. Both run from the same codebase. You re-point the terminals at the cloud address and claim them in your company; past sessions can be exported from Lite.
When is Pro available?
Pro is in development. If your pay rules are driving the purchase, tell us what they are: early customers shape the policy layer.
